Balsam Lake Brewery & Market have partnered with Dalles House and Balsam Lake Grocery Market for the Fall Feast Food and Beverage Pairing Dinner.                 A fabulous 3 course dinner and desssert all paired with their best ales and seltzers. The main course will be Wild Game Shepherd’s Pie with a Duck Fat Gravy, rich local fall produce infused into duck, pheasant, and elk in a shepherd’s pie with mashed red potatoes, and duck fat gravy served with cranberry orange wild rice
